Frosty Hat Flicker Candle

Primitive, frosty hat flicker candle made from blackened wax and heavily scented in our 'Santa's Kitchen' or 'Cinnamon Stick' fragrance.  The sides and tops have been sprinkled with german glitter glass to give it a festive appearance.  Decorated with a sprig of sweet annie and prim berries which have been fastened to the hat with a cheesecloth tie.  Included in the price is a flicker light which I've grunged with spices.  Replacement batteries for the flicker light are readily available.

Burgundy Christmas Angel

New for Christmas 2008 and made to our own design is this wooden angel painted burgundy with a buttermilk underskirt and wings. The wings and dress are highlighted with gold hearts and dots.  She is holding a little vine wreath with a gold jingle bell and bow.  She is finished with a gold halo and wire hanger.

Northwood's Christmas Mix 

Pine scented rosehip and cinnamon pot pourri with three homespun Christmas trees with rusty snowflakes and five rusty tin jingle bells.   This is by far the best pine scent I have come across.  If you have an artificial tree and want the scent of a real one then this is it!!!

Warm Winter Welcome Plate (Small)

New for 2009 is this small (8 inch diameter) wooden 'Warm Winter Welcome' plate.  The outside rim is painted burgundy over black with a crackle effect finish.  The middle of the plate is decorated with a really cute snowman scene on a deep midnight blue background with antique white snowflakes.  For decorative purposes only.

Scented Homespun Christmas Trees

Six yo-yo's handmade by me from various tea-dyed, green homespuns sitting on top of a vintage wooden mill spool and heavily scented in our cinnamon, nutmeg and clove fragrance.  On top of the tree is a rusty tin star wrapped in rusty wire.  Finished with a tea-dyed 'Homespun Christmas' hang tag.  They look especially good on pine mantles, dressers and window ledges.  Much nicer than they appear in the photo.
