A
gorgeous family sampler with the following words stitched
onto tea-dyed muslin: "Families are like quilts - Lives
pieced together. Stitched with smiles and tears.
Colored with memories. And held together with
love." The muslin panel has been stitched onto a
quilt of tea-dyed homespun fabric which in turn has been
stitched onto plain tea-dyed muslin. The frame is made
of wood which has been painted in lamp black.
